Cancellation, Exchange & Return Policy
Cancellation or exchange requests are accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not been shipped. For orders paid by bank transfer, only the applicable bank processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Custom-made or special-size items are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
If the customer wishes to return an undamaged product within 14 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for all transportation/shipping costs. Any non-refundable service fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. In such cases, we will cover the transportation costs and arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to technical inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the return request has been reviewed, approved, and the item has been received and inspected.
