(a) Eligibility

To contract with us you must be of legal age (18+) and possess a valid payment method issued by a bank acceptable to us. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

(b) Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt (this is not acceptance). A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched. The contract covers only the goods listed in the dispatch confirmation.

(c) Pricing & Availability

We try to ensure all details, descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Delivery charges and applicable fees will be displayed clearly at checkout as part of the "Total Cost". Prices for imported products/services may vary with exchange rates.

(d) Payment & Authorization

Upon receiving your order, we may run a standard authorization on your payment method to ensure sufficient funds. Your card may be charged upon authorization. Amounts charged prior to dispatch are treated as a deposit and applied when goods are dispatched and the dispatch confirmation is sent.

Bank Transfers: If you paid via bank transfer and later cancel or request a refund, a 14% bank/processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. Bank transfer processing times may vary by bank.

(e) Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch times vary with availability and factors outside our control (force majeure, logistics). We will use reasonable efforts to inform you of estimated delivery times.

  • Transport/Shipping cost on returns: If the product is undamaged and free of defects and you wish to return or exchange it, the customer bears the transport/shipping costs to and from our facility.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, NST Furniture will cover the transport cost to resolve the issue (repair, replacement, or refund as applicable).

(f) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days from delivery, provided the item is in its original condition (unused) with packaging, accessories and invoice.

  • Custom-made/special-size items may be non-returnable except in case of a proven manufacturing defect.

  • For returns where the product is undamaged, the customer pays transport/shipping costs; any non-refundable service fees (if any) are excluded.

  • For orders paid by bank transfer, a 14% bank/processing fee will be deducted from any refunds.

  • For items received damaged/defective/incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos; we will cover transport and provide repair, replacement, or refund subject to technical assessment.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the item.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Linked Sites. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
